Rachel and I just watched your videos. AMAZING, I had no idea you would look so good as a koala bear. I am impressed. We are going to see if we can post video responses if we can. We miss you!

Funny stuff chris. Now I am kinda confused because you put on a gas mask so was it acid rain? Man you must be miserable. Haha just kidding. Well it sounds like you're having fun but you just need to adjust. Change is good for the soul! I bet it's weird to be around people you are training that don't complain huh? Sounds to me like the kids like you :) by the way the videos do way more justice then the pictures. I was cracking up. Have a good night!

Oh no these kids are split down the middle.
ReplyDeleteThe girls want to put in work.
Some of the guys are craving to do more work. Some of them I cant stop from working.
Others, cheat steal and lie...Im used to this though. I have trained all kinds of people. But I have to bite my lip at a lot of stuff. I have shown them burpees they arent really fans. Yesterday I even rocked tabata squats (only 4 rounds) and some of the kids were dying and didnt talk to me after. :) Im here to kick ass and chew bubble gum....and Im all out of gum!

ReplyDeletei couldn't post on your ranting post, so i'm posting here...
ReplyDeleteI know you miss home, you’ll adjust, and you’ll appreciate Cali so much more once your back! It’s a tough one on the east coast.. Zero consistency in the weather.
Glad to hear the coaching is going well!! But try not to get hired permanently. You have your own group of x-fitters here that miss your WOD’s!
Hi to Heather!! Congrats on the apartment, hopefully it all works out! So happy for both of you to have this adventure together! Spring is on the horizon, you’ll love it!! It’s SO beautiful when everything starts to bloom, unless you have allergies…..
Take care, stay warm, and keep posting!
