Cant wait to see the video of you doing the WOD. I got 4 rounds 30 DU and 6 Power snatches. I heard what Heather got, That's awesome!! It was a hard one, i had to do it twice haha. The meal looks delicious, what exactly was it? And oatmeal with out oats?? what the heck!! Well anyways it sounds like you're adjusting well and I hope you do well on your WOD. :)

Chris that looks awesome! You guys should try noodless chicken noodle soup. I might have found my go to paleo meal. I am also signing up for the games this week. I just want to see where I am and what I really need to improve on. We miss you guys!

Ray Ray: So the wod went terrible in case you hadnt heard. I miscount EVERY SINGLE ROUND. My rep count was that of Forrest Gumps SAT scores. I was just too exicted and couldnt keep track of jack shit so I actually have to redo it.

I'll bite, what's oatless oatmeal? Do post!!! Sounds and looks like you're doing great. Glad to hear. We definately miss you over here. It looks like we'll be able to move into new loc mid April. Not sure yet. Bekki did a 62lb TGU the other day and almost got a 70lb TGU but the KB fell out of her hand. Wish you had FB cuz she posted the pic of the bruise the KB left on her forearm. lol BUT i know how you feel about FB.
